On Site Registration
Pre-registration is closed. All registrations must be completed on site for $425.
To register on site, you MUST have one of the following forms of payment for $425.00: cash, cashier's check, money order, Mastercard or Visa credit card. American Express and Discover cannot be processed, and company or personal checks will NOT be accepted - you will be turned away, no matter how far you traveled from.
Anyone with a correct form of payment will not be turned away. You may call 866-844-0999 if you have questions about the on site registration process.
The conference fee includes all 3 days of seminars, exhibit hall hours, and the welcome party on Thursday, October 25.

We look forward to your arrival at CCIC 2007! Thank you for being a part of our second annual conference taking place this year at the Charlotte Convention Center, October 25-27 in Charlotte, NC. Below you will find helpful information to reference during your planning.
Conference Registration:
Please check in at the Conference Registration Desk on the Second Street Concourse – Street Level and plan to check in by last name. Please note our registration hours below.

Parking:
We encourage all attendees to ride the free shuttle between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Convention Center or walk to the Convention Center. You may park in parking lots and towers surrounding the Convention Center at prevailing rates. Please be advised PARKING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED around the Convention Center.

Meals:
Breakfast will be available for purchase at the College Street Cafe inside the convention center. Hop on the bus early to get to the convention center and do some networking while you enjoy your breakfast! Lunch will be available for purchase at the concession stand inside the exhibit hall.
Seminars:
Conference seminars will take place in room 207 A, B, C, D West Conference Rooms – Ballroom and Meeting Room Level. Signs will be posted directing CCIC attendees to this location.
Charlotte Weather:
Temperatures in late October tend to be very pleasant in Charlotte. Highs are usually in the upper 60s to low 70s during the day with overnight lows in the high 40s. Be sure to check the local forecast closer to your arrival to CCIC 2007.
Conference Attire:
The attire for CCIC is casual. Please remember meeting room temperatures and personal comfort vary, so please dress accordingly.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Substitutions from the same company are always welcome. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to kmiknis@meetingexpectations.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by Monday, October 1, 2007. After Monday, October 1, 2007 all substitutions must be completed on-site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
Cancellations received before August 21, 2007 will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be granted after August 21, 2007. To be eligible for the applicable refund, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to kmiknis@meetingexpectations.com. All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
